It is very hard to give an accurate estimate on roof cleaning without seeing the property first. There are many items that vary the cost of this including; the pitch of roof, the size of the roof, the danger level of the clean & waste water removal.

Prices start @-$1.70 per metre square plus gst for metal and concrete tile roofing.

Terracotta roofing starts from $4 per m2 plus gst.

There is a minimum cost of $200 for a roof clean due to the setup time involved.

Harness Fees may apply for roofs with a steep Roof Pitch.

To get a rough idea of what it will cost you can use the calculator below to work out how many square metre’s your roof is. If you are unsure of what your roof pitch is most houses fall between 0 (flat) and 25 degrees.
